Kırşehir Industrialists and Businessmen Association (KIRSİAD), founded on March 3, 2022, is a voluntary and strong non-governmental organization formed by Turkey's leading entrepreneurs and business world representatives.

KIRSİAD; It operates with the aim of strengthening the culture of solidarity in the business world, developing sustainable and value-added collaborations among its members, and contributing to the country's economy, especially Kırşehir.

KIRSİAD brings together business people operating in the fields of industry, trade, service and entrepreneurship around a common vision; It aims to create a strong, dynamic and sustainable business network. In this context, it encourages the sharing of knowledge and experience among its members, supports strategic collaborations and paves the way for new investment opportunities.

Association; It aims to increase the institutional capacity of its members through the sectoral meetings, business development platforms, training programs, workshops and seminars it organizes, and also contributes to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. By prioritizing social benefit through social responsibility projects, it supports social and cultural development as well as economic development.

KIRSİAD carries out active work to make Kırşehir's economic potential more visible, to represent the local business world on national and international platforms and to transform regional development into a sustainable structure. In this regard, improving the investment environment, disseminating the entrepreneurship culture and supporting young business people are among the priority areas of work.

KIRSİAD takes its roots from the Ahi culture, one of the ancient values ​​of Anatolia; It places basic principles such as brotherhood, honesty, production, quality and solidarity at the center of the business world. The basis of this understanding is the values ​​of Ahi Evran-ı Veli, the founder of the Ahi organization, Fatma Bacı, who strengthened the role of women in economic and social life, and the Bacıyan-ı Rum organization she pioneered.

With the inspiration taken from this deep-rooted heritage, KIRSİAD; It aims to improve the leadership skills of its members, increase social responsibility awareness and create a strong culture of solidarity.
